VIRTUAL Pilates Mat & Small Props
Deepen your Pilates practice from home!
Service Description
Deepen your Pilates practice with a 50 minute virtual class from the convenience of your own home! All virtual classes are individually coached and class size is limited. We will use small props including: theraband, small ball, magic circle, foam rollers and Oov. Equipment is not required, but helpful for improving the practice! Please ask your instructor about options to purchase props for home use.

Cancellation Policy
1. All classes can be scheduled up to 14 days in advance as we make the scheduling transition on our website 2. All cancellations must be made with 8 hours advance notice or you will be charged for the class. 3. Booking any class must be done a minimum of 4 hours prior to the class. If it is less than 4 hours before any class - and there is still space you will need to contact the instructor directly. 4. If you are on the waitlist and receive notification that a spot is open - you will have 1 hour to accept that spot before the next person on the waitlist is notified.
