Service Description
Individualized session including mindful movement, manual therapy, soft tissue work and client education. Sessions are with Kristen Veltkamp who is a nationally certified pilates instructor and manual physical therapist with over 25 years of experience helping clients of all different ability levels develop optimal movement.
Cancellation Policy
1. All classes can be scheduled up to 14 days in advance as we make the scheduling transition on our website 2. All cancellations must be made with 8 hours advance notice or you will be charged for the class. 3. Booking any class must be done a minimum of 4 hours prior to the class. If it is less than 4 hours before any class - and there is still space you will need to contact the instructor directly. 4. If you are on the waitlist and receive notification that a spot is open - you will have 1 hour to accept that spot before the next person on the waitlist is notified.
