Service Description
This class will utilize at least 2 pieces of Pilates apparatus or small equipment. See monthly calendar for class levels. Pilates is a full body-conditioning program comprised of a series of approximately 500 designed movements performed on a mat and/or on specific apparatus. Pilates improves strength, flexibility, balance, control and muscular symmetry. The rhythmic exercises promote elongated and toned muscles, and are noted for developing abdomen, lower back and buttocks strength, and create a strong body core. The initial consultation series (three 55 minute private intro classes) are required before starting group equipment classes. Please email or call us to schedule these sessions. If you've had significant previous experience on the reformer please let us know and we may be able to waive this prerequisite.

Cancellation Policy
1. All classes can be scheduled up to 30 days in advance 2. All cancellations must be made with 8 hours advance notice or you will be charged for the class. 3. Booking any class must be done a minimum of 4 hours prior to the class. If it is less than 4 hours before any class - and there is still space you will need to contact the instructor directly.
