Molly Morrison
Molly has been practicing pilates since 2014 and began her training in 2016. She trained with Romana’s Pilates and Classical Pilates Education and became certified in 2017.
She is a horse trainer and instructor, and was introduced to pilates to help her riding position and strengthen her core. She quickly noticed the difference not only in her riding, but also in the rest of her life. She really appreciated getting to know her body, learning how to align her spine, and control her posture and movement. It gave her freedom in her own body and she hopes to help other people find that control and freedom in their own bodies for their own health and wellbeing.
