Service Description

Pilates Foundations: Focuses on Pilates Principles of Breath, Concentration, Control, & Centering as we dig deep into our core and discover the essence of nutritious movement.

Cancellation Policy

1. All classes can be scheduled up to 30 days in advance 2. All cancellations must be made with 8 hours advance notice or you will be charged for the class. 3. Booking any class must be done a minimum of 4 hours prior to the class. If it is less than 4 hours before any class - and there is still space you will need to contact the instructor directly.
