Small Group Pilates Reformer with Apprentice
Service Description
Join us for Semi-Private Instruction on the Reformer in a small group setting (4 students maximum) with one of our teachers in training! Level: beginner/ intermediate What to expect: * clients will learn to adjust spring tension/foot-bar/straps * clients will flow through the beginner/intermediate repertoire with options for modification or progression * Clients with acute injuries and/or pain should join a restorative class, schedule an individual sessions and/or be familiar with their own modifications. Pre-requisite: 3 private lessons, 4 Level I/II Classes OR instructor approval

Cancellation Policy
1. All classes can be scheduled up to 14 days in advance as we make the scheduling transition on our website 2. All cancellations must be made with 8 hours advance notice or you will be charged for the class. 3. Booking any class must be done a minimum of 4 hours prior to the class. If it is less than 4 hours before any class - and there is still space you will need to contact the instructor directly. 4. If you are on the waitlist and receive notification that a spot is open - you will have 1 hour to accept that spot before the next person on the waitlist is notified.
