BEGINNER PILATES 10 WEEK COURSE STARTS SAT FEB 3RD 2018!

We will be teaching beginner Pilates exercises and Pilates movement principles. This is a great opportunity to meet new friends and begin your Pilates journey. You will feel more connected, balanced, flexible, and stronger.
